When Trump kept walking up and down the courts to keep his tax returns and other financial records shielded from prosecutors, I thought he was just trying to stop the political fallout of his overseas investments.
I had no idea he hardly had anything to invest and had paid just $750 as federal taxes for two consecutive years. The financial records did not shine a bright light on a genius billionaire. Instead, it revealed a businessman who jumped into politics due to sheer financial desperation.

Judge Tanya Chutkan rejected the suit and called the request premature and defective.
