Democrats have the power. Now they need to find the will.
Mainstream media hardly gave any attention to the Voting Rights Advancement Act the House Democrats passed last week. Not many wanted to spend time on a bill that looks dead on arrival in the Senate.
And therein lies the rub. Why did the Democrats pass it then?
