She is mounting a ‘no arrogance’ campaign against Donald Trump

Vice President Kamala Harris has been remarkably active on the campaign trail, outpacing President Biden’s efforts in western Pennsylvania during his entire six-month campaign stretch within just her first six weeks. She’s making a concerted effort to reach deep into rural counties that have historically leaned Republican.

Her campaign schedule is relentless: Harris is traversing Pennsylvania nearly county by county, while also making strategic stops in key swing states such as Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada and Arizona.

On the one hand, she visited Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, the largest city in a county where Trump secured a significant victory in 2020, even though she’s not expected to win there. On the other hand, she visited New Hampshire, a state with just 4 electoral votes, where she is expected to win.

That is odd, isn’t it.

This aggressive strategy might seem unconventional, and in many ways, it is.

While Donald Trump hasn’t shown any particular interest in New Hampshire — opting not to spend resources, run ads, or send surrogates — Harris chose the state to unveil her plan to expand tax…
