He is way past using the nuke. Ukraine will survive a single nuclear attack, but Putin will be hunted down. And more importantly his circle of cronies. He knows it. The cronies know it. They will not let him. So, the nuke threat is just BS. You can never use it from a position of weakness, you can only use it when there is strength.
