I forgot to add this. How much grief we have all given the congress. They do nothing. They are wasting money and what not. Include me in that list of whiners. But they did an execellent job when it mattered the most. It is the white house that is trying to squander it. Kudos to all the Republicans and Democrats who wrote this bill. When the bill was released I was annoyed because I thought the PDA was too small and USAI had way too much. Now it looks like even that was a good decision as the Biden admin is intent on wasting the PDA. Madness.
