I never engage them Chris. You have to stay away no matter how much you feel the need to engage. It is wrong to give them the time. I report them to medium as soon as they show up. Medium does clean up well when they step out of bounds which is something the trolls can never stop themselves from. So my suggestion for you is keep your time sacred. Don't engage. Report to medium and use the block option.
