I think they are still waiting for more troops otherwise the ones they added further to the south of the seym River would have moved east and trapped the Russian forces in the middle. They let the bridge stay. It is more of a ping pong now. If the Russians stop adding then ukr will add more troops here threaten their units and force them to bring more. Every month the Russian troop presence in kursk has to go up. Do what ever needed to make that happen
