I want to hold my opinion on that. Women do things very differently than men. As a VP her job is kind of ceremonial. Senate is where her work is, to help pass the bills the president wants to pass. For example, Biden did not want the raid on bin laden to go through, but Obama went with it. They can influence a little bit, that is all about it. Then the VP is there in case the president is not able to perform his duty.

So, she cant clear the aid even if she wants to. It will always be the presidents call.

What is important is to make sure that the Obama era left overs who made a mess out of global security since 2008 are evicted from the white house. These people will not go and they are all over the white house. She needs to build a new team from the scratch. Lets see what she does. Until that team takes shape, we have to hold back on opinions. No one thought Biden would build such a good economic team, it was a brand new one with brand new ideas. Not the obama era ones. THat is what she needs to do with national security. So, it is not beyond the realm of possiblity.
