It is gloriously messed up and a lot of people struggle to understand why ze even wants to do a minerals deal with the US. I think Ukraine should, but they have to write it well. That is what is needed. It would have actually gone well, but the wall street swamp in the Trump admin smelled a glorious opportunity to plunder and made a freaking mess out of it.
