GOP is going to meltdown
The entire right-wing is on a meltdown over imaginary vaccine mandates.
Sorry to burst your bubble, folks. The United States does not have a vaccine mandate. Biden did not force businesses to mandate vaccines. He asked business entities to choose between vaccines and weekly testing.
It's a difficult choice, not a mandate.
The Republican party threatened to sue the Biden administration. Some Republicans threatened to resurrect an insurrection, while others warned of mass resignations.
JD Vance, Senate GOP Primary Candidate of Ohio: "Only mass civil disobedience will save us from Joe Biden's naked authoritarianism."
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis: "I do not believe that people should lose their jobs over this issue, and we will fight that."
Sorry, Mr. DeSantis. People are not leaving their employers to protect their liberty to contract an airborne illness. Instead, they are taking the jab in droves. From the republican perspective, the unthinkable is unfolding in their backyard. Red state after red state is reporting a sharp uptick in vaccination.
