Of course, the Supreme Court is not comprised of a bunch of partisan hacks. This court will never be a dangerous cabal. You have to take my words for it because it’s not mine. I just transferred it to you from Justice Amy Coney Barrett and Justice Samuel Alito.

If they have said the court is not partisan, then how can the court be partisan? Damn y’all, critics. Don’t you dare write about them? Who are you to review their verdicts? Are you a democrat to compare and contrast our opinions with the three liberal justices?

  • Is originalism a convenienism to cheerlead right-wing causes?
  • Is shadow docket the fast-track route to deliver rapid victories to the right-wing objectives?

You can’t lace your decisions with ideological positions and demand everyone never to call you political. The results are out there for everyone to see. The Supreme Court’s approval rating has hit rock bottom.
