Why the GOP Wastes Tax Dollars Overseas and Preaches Austerity in the Mainland

The left hates Hillary Clinton more than any other politician in the world, including Donald Trump. But there is one thing they vehemently agree with Mrs. Clinton: Trump fanatics can be renamed as deplorables.
The right cannot stand the sight of the left. For the right, the left is the enemy of the state. We are at war is a fashion statement in right-wing circles. The right will declare victory when they have driven the left out of existence. I am not sure who will listen to them if there is no left-wing in the country.
But there is one issue where the left and the right blend together.
The far ends of the political spectrum stand fused in their wish not to spend a dime overseas. The two factions want US administrations to treat foreign nations like aliens. Acknowledge their existence and move on.
We should always be careful about what we wish for. Because, more often than not, we will always be gifted with the politician we ask for. President Biden wants the same thing as the right and the left — a foreign policy reset.
