Ammunition is a broad term. But I think you are asking about artillery production. Ukraine will not suffer acute artillery shortages like the one it suffered early this year. It is over. They have a clear path to 3,000 shells per day from here.
On the mobilization front, Ukraine is doing reasonably well at the moment. They can sustain current operations for another year. Don't see any problems there.
Regarding victory, it can be done in three to six months if the United States is ready to give what is needed. 400 bradleys, 1000 to 2000 ATACMS, electronic warfare units and a few more patriots air defense units, supplied in under three months, will bring guaranteed victory. It will cost less than 10 billion. But they wont give. THis means we take the longer route to victory. Without US it will be mid next year. With US, less than six months.
