So, no one can send those missiles to Ukraine. Drones are one way to reach them. The other one is Neptune. Ukraine is building the neptune missiles. These are anti-ship missiles, but Ukraine has modified it for land targets. West should fund their production. Ukraine should build up a stock pile of neptunes.
